상세모집내용

Responsibilities： 1.Responsible for design direction and key indexes of battery system and module; 2.Responsible for scheme review of battery system and module design at each stage; 3.Responsible for problems analysis and solution in the development of leading battery system and module; 4.Developing new materials and new design methods for battery system and module structure; 5.Conducting structural analysis and scheme design direction of power battery system and system and module level; 6.Responsible for the safety and reliability design of power battery system and module.  Requirements： 1.Master degree or above,major in Mechanical engineering,automation, or vehicle engineering, material mechanics, Mechanics； 2.Have more than 10 years experiences of pack and module products development of passenger car; 3.Act as Battery System Expert or Module Expert for more than 3 years in famous battery companies, especially familiar with soft package module design such as VDA module and 590 module; 4.Have rich professional knowledge of battery system、module、module manufacturing,familiar with process of planning specification; 5.Familiar with electric core and thermal characteristics; 6.Familiar with PROE, CATIA, Solid-works and other 3D software; 7.Research experience in the battery enterprises is preferred, and cooperation with World-class main engine factories is preferred.
